Distributing viruses, malware, or harmful code

Client work: Content created specifically for clients as part of our services becomes the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

5. Client Responsibilities
When engaging our services, clients agree to:
Provide accurate information and timely feedback
Supply necessary brand materials, assets, and access to social media accounts
Review and approve content within agreed timeframes
Make payments according to the agreed schedule
Comply with platform terms of service (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual client agreements. Unless otherwise stated:
Invoices are due within 14 days of issue
Late payments may incur additional fees
Services may be paused for overdue accounts
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined in service agreements
7. Limitation of Liability
RenderContent provides services with professional care and attention. However:
We are not liable for results beyond our direct control (algorithm changes, platform updates, audience behavior)
We do not guarantee specific follower counts, engagement rates, or sales figures
We are not responsible for client account suspensions due to platform policy violations
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 3 months
8. Third-Party Platforms
Our services rely on third-party social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.). We are not responsible for:
Platform outages, technical issues, or policy changes
Account suspensions or content removal by platforms
Changes to platform algorithms or features
9. Confidentiality
We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose sensitive business information without permission, except as required by law or with your consent for portfolio/marketing purposes.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination:
Outstanding invoices remain due
Client retains ownership of completed paid work
We reserve the right to remove work-in-progress unless otherwise agreed
Access to shared accounts and materials will be revoked
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law
